Currently, we only ship retail to U.S.A & APO/FPO addresses by USPS.  Shipping charges are calculated accordingly. We do our best to pack and send every order within 48 hours after receiving it.  Entering the wrong shipping address will result in additional charges if we have to re-ship or re-route. You will be contacted by email when your order has been shipped; if local when order is ready for pick-up/meet-up.  Please note if you choose the parcel first-class rate with USPS, there will be no tracking number provided and may take 5-7 working days to receive.

Return Policy

Returns are not accepted.  Personal products cannot be re-used.  If you have an issue with the performance or appearance, please email me within 24 hours of the received shipment and I will do my best to resolve any issue you may have. Please remember all products are handcrafted in small batches and may not appear exactly like images.

Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, and Discover. All cards are charged in real-time at checkout so please review your order for accuracy before finalizing it.

Free Samples: A free sample may be included with your order if available but are not guaranteed. We do not ship free samples without an order.
